Litigation Legal Assistant

  • Experience – 3+ Years as a Litigation Assistant
  • “Law Firm” works on Motor Vehicle Defense
  • “Law Firm” Represent trucking companies, draft non-party requests for production of document and open requests
  • Prepare Exhibits for filing, discovery, and for trials
  • E-File, Pleadings, and Serve Discovery
  • Schedule Mediations, Depositions, and vehicle inspections
  • Federal Court Experience
  • Mid-Sized Law Firm
  • Health/Dental/Vision
  • Base Salary $60K-$80K, depending on experience/abilities
